Music
Music is a very important part of the believer's life and worship. The worship at First Baptist Church is both heartfelt and God-honoring. Our worship style would be considered traditional, utilizing piano and keyboard and the Celebration hymnal. We are also learning newer hymns that have been written more recently. Our adult choir ministers during our Sunday morning services, and special music is provided for morning and evening services by church members.
Bible Translations
We believe that we have God's inspired Word, which has been providentially preserved for us in the multiplicity of manuscripts that are available today. We currently preach and teach from the New King James Version, which is the translation that we provide in our pews. We also frequently refer to other conservative translations in our sermons.
